Small items such as material sample packs can be sent by recorded 48hr delivery service. No specific time slots can be given and parcels must be signed for. If a parcel cannot be delivered then a card will be left explaining that it has been returned to the depot. Please follow the directions on the card to arrange for another delivery or to collect in person.
We aim to deliver all furniture using our own van and installation team. If your location is outside of our normal delivery area then we use a number of independent couriers who cover most of England, Wales and Scotland.
Our pallet delivery options includes drop off only at your location. As the items will be wrapped and loaded on a pallet they cannot be manoeuvred into your property and so will be left in a mutually convenient place such as a carpark, driveway or garage if access with a pallet truck is possible.
We have a large network of couriers who can deliver nationwide.
This will be a 1 man service so this will only be suitable if you are able to provide unloading of the vehicle and installation. Generally the courier will be happy to assist getting the item into your room of choice unless it proves a risk to their health or your property. Delivery will only be to a ground floor room unless agreed in advance. All deliveries are at the couriers discretion.
Deliveries are usually possible between 7am and 9pm depending on the couriers schedule. When arranging your delivery we will check your availability and try to find a mutually convenient time for both you and the courier. As a courier will be traveling around the country with various deliveries on board it can sometimes be difficult to give a precise time slot. Normally a morning, afternoon or evening time slot is given though this may change due to road conditions or other problems affecting the schedule.
We offer a premium delivery service that is carried out by our own professional team. This includes both the delivery and full assembly of items plus the removal of packaging.
Typically a 2 or 3 man service depending on the nature of the order. We are able to cater to most circumstances but ask that you inform us of important details about access before placing your order. This includes parking restrictions, access to and inside of the building along with information such as stairs, corridors, goods lifts and doorways.
Our experienced team will install the items as per the delivery plan that will be produced during the order process. Deliveries are normally possible between 7am-5pm depending on the distance from our workshop in Bristol. When arranging your delivery we will check your availability and try to find a mutually convenient time slot. Evening and weekend deliveries are possible but must be agreed when placing your order as extra charges will apply.
For overseas deliveries we use international freight forwarding companies who will arrange collection from our workshop and delivery to the final destination. This is a door-to-door service making ordering from us easy and stress free.
All items will be sent in a bespoke heat treated timber crate that is certified IPSM 15 compliant.

Larger items may need to be unloaded via a forklift truck if possible.
Customers are welcome to arrange collection directly from our workshop. We can assist with loading the delivery vehicle either by hand or with a forklift truck.
